Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey with the utmost care and diligence.

Currently,  we are  only shipping to Continental United States, and not to Alaska, Hawaii or any other locations outside the Continental United States. 

In addition, please kindly note that we do not ship to P.O boxes.

Order Delivery Times

Although, we always strive to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, possible delays could occur due to our Transport Partners, which unfortunately are beyond our control. As such, on rare occasions, some orders may arrive outside of the estimated delivery window. Please note that the Shipping Times stated on this page are estimates and may be affected by reasons that are beyond the control of Gemworth Health. Nevertheless, we are always here to listen and to help in any way we can so please do not hesitate to contact us via email or message us on Facebook Messenger and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 


In case you need to return your NEUROASPIS plp10 order, we are happy to let you know that Gemworth Health accepts returns provided the products you want to return have been purchased directly from us through our Site. To ensure that we are able to accept the return of your order in a timely and efficient manner, please first contact us via email or message us on Facebook Messenger before shipping your order back to us. We will then be in touch to help you and to guide you through the product returning process. 

We will require some verification information from you such as the Purchase Order Number you received when you placed your order and the reason you are returning the products. 

Gemworth Health has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee, which means that if for whatever reason you want to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, we will immediately process a refund  into your account.

Damaged Products & Lost Packages

We do our best to ensure that your order is safely and securely shipped and delivered to you but, on rare occasions, we understand that products may be damaged during transit. Gemworth Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive products in a damaged condition or you believe that your package has been lost, please do not hesitate to contact us via email, or message us on Facebook Messenger and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please save all the damaged goods and all of the packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
